Cellulitis

This disease is etymologically related to cellulite which is a cosmetic condition affects the skin. This disease is the connective tissue’s biological response of vascular tissues to harmful stimuli, such as pathogens with serious affection of dermal layers of the skin. It is caused by the normal skin flora which is often too place in the broken skin cracks due to burns, insect bites etc. it will mainly affect the lower legs and the skin on the face. It will also affect in any part of the body. The treatment remains with the mainstay if therapy with required antibiotics. The Infected left shin in comparison to shin with no sign of symptoms is clearly shown in the figure. There is another disease related to cellulitis which is more superficial infection of the dermis and upper subcutaneous layer that presents clinically with a well defined edge called erysipelas. Thus this is about cellulitis.
