Audio specific format, MPEG-1 Audio layer3 is called as MP3.  Lossy data compression algorithm is used to make the mp3 audio format. Mp3 is a digital audio encoding format it is capable of storing the consumer audios.  Several engineers are grouped together in development of MPEG-1. The main use of lossy data compression is still sound with faithful product of the original, it reduce the data amount required for the recording of data that is while recording other unwanted sounds are removed. The images that are displayed on the mp3 uses JPEG picture format which is more accurate and compatible.  The compression efficiency encoding is done by means of bit rate because the input signal of radio is bit depth and the sampling bit. The encoding is done in bits so the efficiency and the accuracy is much higher in mp3.
