This type of disease is a collection of blood which is called hematoma underneath a toenail or the fingernail.because of it size, it causes the heavily painful condition. If this condition does not occur, it is not a serious medical condition. It results in the repetitive thrusting of the longest toe into a shoe's toe box is called jogger's toe. A traumatic injury had been resulted which is as slamming a finger in a door. Suddenly the blood comes from the avascular nail plate. In the constricted area, a laceration of the nail bed occurs in the hard nail plate. The common thing here is throbbing pain. A black discoloration is developed in the nail which is common in overlying the nail bed. This disease can be treated by releasing the pressure by drilling a hole through the nail into the hematoma. The classification and external resources of the Subungual hematoma of the left big toe is clearly shown in the figure.
